[Identified] Our team is working to mitigate connectivity issues with the Labcorp eOrdering interface. At this time any orders that fail will need to either be resent, printed or faxed, or ordered on Labcorp's online portal. This issue is intermittent and unfortunately we cannot predict when the interface will be stable. We are working to deploy a mitigation that we expect will resolve the issue. Further updates will be provided as this work progresses.

[Identified] Quest is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Any orders that fail should be saved as draft until Quest resolves the issue or ordered on Quest's online portal, Quanum.

[Monitoring] Quest has addressed the connectivity issues, and lab eOrders are now flowing through successfully. We will continue to monitor the situation to make sure the connectivity errors remain at zero. Any failed orders will need to be resent.

Fax System MaintenanceTemporarily Disabled

Description

Our fax vendor is performing system maintenance on Sunday, March 30th starting at 8:30 AM ET. This maintenance will last approximately 1 hour. During this time, inbound faxes will be queued for delivery, and will be processed into Elation once the maintenance is concluded. Outbound faxes which fail to send during this time will need to be resent after the maintenance is concluded.
