We are seeing intermittent errors when attempting to send electronic prescriptions to Surescripts. We have reached out to Surescripts for an ETA on service restoration and will provide an update as soon we have more information.

IDENTIFIED

Okta is experiencing an issue that is resulting in MFA codes sent via email to be significantly delayed, or fail to deliver entirely. If this is currently blocking your ability to log in, we recommend having a practice admin reset your MFA factors and use a non-email based authentication factor. Email is susceptible to delivery failures in general, and we recommend it only be used as a backup factor if necessary.

We have confirmed that this is limited to the "Zoho" email provider. Okta and Zoho are working to resolve the delivery issue. No further action can be taken by Elation at this time
