The hosting vendor for our Elation Billing support flow is currently experiencing an outage. Until service is restored, please use the "I Need Help" dropdown in the EHR for all support requests.

Our vendor has informed us they are seeing signs of improvement, and our internal testing has confirmed the support intake process is working as expected. We are leaving the incident open in the "monitoring" state until we get the all clear, but at this time the Elation Billing support interface should be working as expected.
